"We’re sharing this review in the hope it helps future customers make informed decisions—and, ideally, encourages the company to reconnect with us to resolve apart from the Consuel approval and the fuses, the most disappointing issue: roof damage following inspections and installation. Like others have said, the team at Ladoma Energy is friendly and generally accommodating. But our overall experience, unfortunately, wasn’t positive. Several issues arose during the process—some resolved, others not—and the project did not end on a strong note. We initially had very specific requirements: we wanted a certain number of solar panels placed on the highest part of our roof where they would not be visible. This was discussed in detail during the sales process across several meetings and was repeatedly confirmed as feasible. However, once we signed the contract (Feb 2024), their installer refused to carry it out, claiming it wasn’t possible. This remained unchanged despite us consulting other professionals who said it was doable. In the end, they had to hire another installer, however we had to absorb an unexpected €2000 cost to stick with the original plan. Disappointing, but we moved forward. We also encountered challenges around the subsidy process. While it sounded simple during the sales conversations, key requirements were not disclosed—particularly those tied to the Greendeal06 subsidy. We were told that being French residents at the time of contracting (which we were since Sept 2023) was enough. But later we found out the program mentions tax assessments for both 2022 and 2023, which was obviously impossible in our case. This detail was never mentioned, and we’ve now had to enter legal proceedings to fight for the subsidy—something that could have been prevented with clearer communication upfront. The installation itself had several technical setbacks: • The solar system was incorrectly connected to the same fuse as our heating and garage. We’ve been told this would be corrected, but it’s still pending. • The upgrade from one to three batteries took over a month to complete, with several appointments needed to get things running properly. • To this day (July 2025), the system has not been approved by the Consuel, despite multiple visits. We don’t know what the remaining issues are, as Consuel doesn’t communicate directly with clients, but whatever was flagged has yet to be addressed—nearly a year after installation in August 2024. And finally, the most serious concern: roof damage. Before Ladoma Energy began inspections and installation, our roof (new as of 2022) had no leaks. After their first visits, damage began appearing. Since then, we’ve seen worsening leakage. We consulted independent roofers who acknowledged that while the roof might not have been ideally laid in 2022, it was stable and totally dry prior to the work. Insurance was discussed before installation—we were assured “don’t worry, we’re well insured.” But when damage occurred, the response changed. Their roofer acknowledged broken tiles (which are irrelevant—we had spares) but denied broader responsibility. We were told we needed to prove a direct link between the damage and their work—legally understandable perhaps, but morally hard to accept given the clear timeline: no leaks before, damage afterward. We requested a meeting to find a fair, shared solution—acknowledging that while we may share some responsibility (given the initial state of the roof), the company should too. That request was refused. We believe there’s still an opportunity to resolve this properly, and we hope publishing this review may help reopen that conversation. In the meantime, we share our experience for the benefit of future clients. If you are considering working with Ladoma Energy, be sure to ask very detailed questions about installation limitations, subsidies, insurance, and post-project support and document. There’s potential here—but it must be matched with stronger follow-through and accountability. Response Ladoma here below is factually incorrect. 😞"

"Une entreprise sérieuse et vraiment honnête. Dès le premier rendez-vous, la commerciale a été claire, à l’écoute, et le devis panneaux solaires a été transmis rapidement, sans promesses inutiles. J’avais consulté 7 boîtes, seules 3 ont vraiment pris en compte notre besoin… et j’ai choisi Ladoma Énergie pour leur disponibilité, leurs ajustements rapides et le bon rapport qualité/prix des panneaux photovoltaïques. L’installation de panneaux solaires (7 kWc) a été faite par une équipe sympa et discrète. Rien à dire sur le chantier : propre, bien fini, câbles invisibles entre les pans de toit.
